Attention Participants: Snorkel and fins are required (can be purchased at dive shop but not required to purchase at shop). Anyone under 18 must have parent present at first class to sign waiver and medical forms. E-learning part can be picked up at the dive shop with proof of payment or emailed once we get confirmation for Community Education. Any questions can be answered by calling shop (515-777-2751) or stopping in.
