Join us for a fun and energizing morning of running at our Middle School Cross Country Camp! This camp is a great opportunity for middle school students of all experience levels to learn more about the sport of cross country in a supportive and exciting environment.
Camp Highlights Include:
Meet the Coaches – Get to know the dedicated North High School Cross Country Coaches.
Warm-Up & Dynamic Stretches – Learn proper techniques to prepare your body for running.
1- to 2-Mile Run – Challenge yourself with a longer run at your own pace.
Fun Running Games – Participate in interactive and competitive games that build speed, agility, and teamwork.
Cool-Down & Recovery – Practice stretching and recovery techniques used by high-level athletes.
Snacks Provided – Refuel and relax with healthy post-run snacks.
Led by North High School’s Cross Country Coaches and current team members, this camp provides a fantastic chance to improve your running, meet new friends, and get a taste of what it’s like to be part of a high school cross country team.
