Welcome to Lincoln Swim Lessons for Kindergarten - 3rd graders!  Please make sure you register for the class that best fits your child.  More details about each level can be found on that specific registration page. Maximum 5 spots for each level. The 4 levels are:

Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills (Beginner) Perfect for first-time swimmers! In this level, children will learn how to safely enter and exit the pool, float with assistance, blow bubbles, submerge their face, and practice basic kicking and arm movements with help. Great for kids getting comfortable in the water.

Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills (Beginner/Intermediate) This level is for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but still need assistance. Kids will learn to float and kick independently, fully submerge and breathe underwater, and begin learning the front crawl and backstroke with guidance.

Level 3: Stroke Development (Intermediate) Designed for swimmers who can already float and swim short distances. Focus is on improving front crawl and backstroke technique, learning the basics of breaststroke kick, and building endurance. Kids will also begin treading water and learning how to dive safely.

Level 4: Stroke Improvement (Intermediate/Advanced) For confident swimmers ready to refine all strokes. This level includes advanced technique and endurance in front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke, an introduction to butterfly and flip turns, and extended treading water. Swimmers will build strength, stamina, and efficiency.
