Info Section - Join us this summer for our first ever Summer Strength Camp, a unique program designed to empower young women through strength training! Hosted in partnership between Raise the Bar Initiative and The IOWA Foundation, this camp provides a supportive and fun environment where participants will learn proper weightlifting techniques, build physical and mental strength, and develop confidence and resilience that extend beyond the gym.
Through expert coaching and engaging activities, girls will not only gain foundational lifting skills but also explore goal-setting, leadership, and teamwork—valuable life skills that will serve them well in sports and beyond. Whether they are new to strength training or looking to refine their technique, this camp is open to all experience levels.
Ages: Open to girls in grades 7th - 12th
No experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow!
