Monday and Wednesday practices will be from 6-7pm

Requirements: Participants should be able to swim the length of the pool with no assistance. Our coaching staff will teach all competitive strokes as long as the participant can be in the water on their own and learn from a on-deck swim coach. Participants should also have a one piece swim suit (or jammer/trunks for boys), goggles, and a swim cap if they choose to wear one. Open to residents of the South Side of Des Moines, or a student in the Carlisle or Norwalk school districts only. Any swimmers registering from outside those boundaries will be issued a refund.
