Start day will be May 6th
Elementary Students in Grades 1-5 will swim from 5:45-6:45pm
Middle School/High School Grades 6-12 will swim from 6:45-8:00pm
M, T, W, Th
 
Starting June 3rd through July 20 ; there will be a couple different practice options;
M, T, W, Th, F Mornings: 6-12 will swim 7am to 8:45am
M, ,T, W, Th, F Mornings: 1-5 will swim 8:45-10:00am
M, T, Th evenings grades 1-12 5:30-6:45

Grades 1-5

This program will focus on building a solid foundation for Competitive Swimming. Students will learn the 4 strokes used in competitive swimming and swimming starts and turns. Students will be divided up into 2 or 3 smaller groups for practices based on individual needs and skill. Students should be comfortable in the water and be able to put their face in the water. The primary goal is to participate in competitive swimming meets. 

Grades 6-12

This program will focus on Competitive Swimming, the 4 strokes used in competitive swimming and swimming starts and turns and swimming technique. Students should have had some previous swimming lessons and be comfortable in the water. Students will compete in competitive swim meets and should plan on attending 3-4 practices each week. The primary goal is to continue the swimming development of each athlete so that they can swim collegiately if they choose so.
